01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 23 Takabet platform — whether through the website, mobile browser, or the 23 Takabet app — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 23 Takabet.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. 23 Takabet reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Eligibility

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 23 Takabet employee.

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on the 23 Takabet platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended.

When registering your 23 Takabet account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify 23 Takabet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

23 Takabet is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. Account security is your responsibility.

04 Deposits and Payments

23 Takabet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Deposits are credited to your 23 Takabet wallet within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• 23 Takabet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your account.
• 23 Takabet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it suspects is connected to fraudulent activity.

All transactions on the 23 Takabet platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion is not available.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 23 Takabet are processed within 5 to 10 minutes for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.

• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are only available to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• If a bonus is active on your account and the wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus funds will be forfeited upon withdrawal request. Your real money balance remains withdrawable.
• 23 Takabet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if there is a pending security review on your account.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 23 Takabet are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotion page. The following general bonus terms apply to all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available to first-time depositors only.
• Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time. Cashback and referral bonuses may run concurrently with a deposit bonus.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be removed automatically.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be converted to real money by meeting the wagering requirement.
• 23 Takabet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the account suspended.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the 23 Takabet platform — including Dice, Super Keno, Ultra Treasure, Basketball, Shaolin Soccer, and Phoenix Rises — use a certified random number generator (RNG). Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by any player action, bet size, or account history.

The RNG used by 23 Takabet is independently audited on a regular basis. Return-to-player (RTP) figures for each game are published within the game interface. Players are encouraged to review RTP information before playing.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake returned to the player's account.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct result as recorded by the server will stand.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.

• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive notifications at regular intervals reminding you how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for 30 days, 90 days, or permanently.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

23 Takabet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any prohibited activity.

In the event of account suspension due to a breach of these terms, 23 Takabet reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

• Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 23 Takabet support.
• Upon voluntary account closure, any real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
• Bonus funds remaining in a closed account will be forfeited.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 may be applied to dormant accounts.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

23 Takabet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

23 Takabet makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

13 Changes to These Terms

23 Takabet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, 23 Takabet will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the 23 Takabet platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
